August 21st, 2010 - Message from the President
As a thank you to everyone who has helped me throughout the show seasons and my NYPEA Presidency I would like to host a move in party on Friday evening at the Labor Day show in Elmira. Stop by our stalls when you are moving in for pizza, chips and other “treats!” I cannot thank everyone enough for their continued support of NYPEA. I especially appreciate the help I have gotten for my boys, whether it includes holding a horse (or 2), lifting “Ted,” sharing a tack stall, directions, hauling one of my horses somewhere, helping with clipping, braiding, showing, sharing drinks, spoofing us for parade, getting my numbers, making sure we have everything we need for the shows and so much more. Please stop by and enjoy some food and drink!
Shavings will be available at the Elmira show on a pre-order basis only. If you need shavings, contact Mike Green at least two weeks prior to the show. He will be picking up and delivering shavings to the show grounds and will need to know who many are needed.
Can Drive - There will be a can drive at Elmira show. Please bring your deposit bottles and can to donate to NYPEA. There will be a collection bin provided at the show.
